We are Berry and Cakes, and we are getting married in 2013.
BERRY
Berry is a 24-looking, 30-something year old wogirl, with the antics of a cartoon character. She loves God, her family, Cakes, her friends, and sweet stuff (read: cake and ice cream). She's a picky foodie, loves to travel, and wishes she could see the world, while flying First Class and staying in 5-to-7 star hotels! She moved back to Nigeria after a 14-year stint in America, where she went to college and got her MBA. Berry considers Boston, Atlanta, and Nigeria as her homes. She started blogging in 2011 (owns THIS BLOG, The Aje-Butter's Guide to NYSC, and Berry Dakara; and also contributes to African Naturalistas). When she's not blogging or working, she's dreaming about being a Nollywood actress (Search "Herod and Herodias Inimitable" and also "But Mamah" on Youtube). She's very excited about getting married and sharing the rest of her life with Cakes!
CAKES
Cakes is a 30-something-looking, 30-something year old man. He's tall, dark, handsome, and loves to have fun. He loves God, Berry, his family and friends. Cakes is one of the few men in the Baking Industry/World in Nigeria. He started baking at the age of 15, and made cakes throughout his university years at Delta State University. He's a traveler and adventurous at heart. Sometimes he thinks he'd have fared well in Speed Racing. His dream is to open a café or restaurant, and share his passion for baking with others.
